Let’s start with our tech stack. It is deliberately boring. We use Flask, MariaDB, and ElasticSearch. That is literally it. Search is largely a solved problem, and we don’t intend to reinvent it.

Aujourd'hui, le CNRS l'affirme haut et fort par la voix de son directeur général délégué à la science, Alain Schuhl : « Il n'y a pas de raison que les scientifiques fassent une cession exclusive gratuite de leurs œuvres aux éditeurs ».
Dans cette nouvelle déclaration, le CNRS crante maintenant encore un peu plus ses exigences face aux éditeurs en incitant ses chercheurs à « apposer soi-même la mention "CC-BY 4.0" sur le manuscrit et d’ajouter le lien URL qui décrit la licence CC-BY sélectionnée ».
